Service Description

The Pre-Kindergarten enrichment workshop is for children ages 4-5 years old. This parent-involved workshop uses a proven, research-based curriculum. Using fun and engaging music and multisensory activities, your child will learn size, shape and position concepts for pre-writing as well as sensory motor, cutting, coloring, and drawing skills while building good habits for letter and number recognition and formation. This workshop helps children progress from tracing their capital letters and numbers to learning to independently copy a 3-4 word sentence using correct letter size, spacing and orientation to the line. By the end of this workshop, your child will: • Learn beginning phonemic sounds and sight words • Learn age-appropriate grasps, coloring and cutting skills • Learn capital letter formation • Learn number formation • Learn to write their name using all capital letters • Learn to a copy 3-4 letter words using proper letter size, spacing and orientation to the line Each child will receive: - A Write On! tote bag - A Kick Start Kindergarten workbook Split payment option of $125 a month is available.
